(5 – 10 years) Learn more about the most effective ways to provide your kids with age-appropriate answers to those uncomfortable questions about our bodies and sex. We will discuss when to have this talk, how to prepare for it, and why this kind of open communication is beneficial. You will have the opportunity to share your fears about approaching this topic with your children. We will also address the issue of safety.
